Making a plot plan is a complex work involving experienced professional and experienced organizations with lots of input and coordination. It goes under a lot of technical tests and reviews before finally can be zeroed on.
This complex process can be broadly classified into these below 3 stages.
Proposal plot plan:
This is developed during the bid stages to estimate bulk material. It is for representation to the client.
Planning plot plan:
After contract award the proposal plot plan is updated to suit the latest information which is approved by client. This updated plot plan is called planning plot plan.
Plot plan for construction issue:
When all the equipment has been sized and is in best position to suit the project requirement and when all access road, rack, buildings are located, the plot plan is issued for construction.
